One of my car headlights went out.  I started going into work 15 minutes early (so I could still get there in time if I got stopped by the police) and went looking for someone to repair it.  The local car repair shop said  to bring it in on Tuesday.   However, it turned out not to be just the light but a tab that kept the headlight unit in place.  That he couldn't fix.  He didn't charge me anything and sent me down to the local body shop.  Classic Auto is familiar w/ me.  They've repaired this car after each of my multiple encounters w/ deer and bear.  They received the part within a day, fixed it while I waited, and said the other light might soon have the same issue so they ordered the part and would call me when it was in.  Everything, including labor, was under warranty (from the last deer run in).  Wonderful customer service at no charge - think I'm still in a bit of a shock.
