Veni, Vidi, Vici - I went to church, I came home, I napped. OK, it's not exactly the correct translation from the Latin but succinctly describes my Sunday. My wish for every father on Father's Day is that they had just as good a day as I had.

So did I. I had a light lunch at church to help a couple celebrate their 60th anniversary. I paid for the alter flowers on Sunday for Doug's memory and to honor all fathers, grandfathers and great grandfathers.JVM
