Finished the W2's for the paid town officials and the 1099's for the town contractors.  Copied all of the town computer files onto disk for each of the board members.  Got the January settlement tax figures and made out checks for the state/county, school district, and technical college.  Charted the hours our plow driver spent, by road, for the board.   Printed out last year's expenses by category per a request from one of the supervisors.  Made up extra copies of the agenda and last months minutes.  Put it all in my briefcase and went to the board meeting tonight.  I was back home within 1/2 hour.  The meeting only lasted 17 minutes.  I'd like to think it was my careful preparation that made the meeting flow so quickly.  My guess is the short meeting had more to do w/ the snow falling and everyone wanting to get home.
