Fall Color & Chickadee

For the family reunion this summer, Russ & Donna had graciously loaned me their deck furniture. Other than that, to sit out on my deck meant literally sitting on the deck. However, today my deck furniture arrived! I'd ordered it while I was at the Fair. A small firm just north of me, builds it out of those plastic bottles you recycle. Individual chairs are light enough for me to carry but have a substantial feel to them when you sit. They have a myriad of colors to choose from. I sat back this afternoon in the new Adirondack chair next to my bedroom door. The woods were illuminated by the setting sun. A slight breeze was causing the wind chimes to tinkle. Indy settled down on the deck next to my chair. Life just doesn't get much better.
