A chain of southern restaurants is thinking of buying cheese from Land-O-Lakes. They are sending someone to check out Land-O-Lakes headquarters, one of their cheese factorys, and a dairy that sells to Land-O-Lakes. The dairy owners were asked if they would be willing to escort the restaurant rep around the farm later this month. "Sure," Eric & Carol said. Of course, it won't be quite that simple.
