Sunflowers

Received my university's magazine today. Always enjoy reading it and seeing how the campus & curriculum changes. This edition talks about the research & work some students & prof's are doing to keep computer on-line access safe for teens. When I was attending there, they didn't even have a computer major (I used slide-rules in class until my senior year). Then in the "Class Notes" I noticed that there is no one from my graduating year announcing a marriage or boasting of their latest job promotion. However, there are 4 from my graduating class in the "In Memoriam" section. I'm beginning to feel old. Why did I say I enjoyed reading this magazine?

You still seem pretty young to me. Milking cows and doing all your walks must mean that your still keeping in good enough shape. Any entries in the magazine of anyone milking cows?

Slide rule - wow - do you still remeber how to use it? High School math teacher showed us how to do a simple calculation for a novelty but we had calculators by then. So did they really send men to the moon using calculations by slide rule?
