Am practically giddy. Finished the Department of Revenue's dreaded CT form today. The CT form is an annual 13 page form to show where the township spent it's money. It's suppose to balance to the penny but never seems to for me (hence the name "dreaded") but I got closer than ever and even understood large parts of it this time. I include a copy of the town's audit report of all revenue and expenses which does balance exactly and matches the treasurer's report. Sealed the envelope, drove downtown, put it in the postmistress' hands, and sent it off certified mail. I feel like celebrating - maybe it's pizza tonight!
