Mountain Ash berries

I'm still reading the Cream Puff Murder by Joanne Fluke. It's genre would be classified as a "cozy murder". The main character bakes cookies and the author includes cookie recipes throughout the book. Guess her cream puff recipe got to me. Maybe because she depicts them as being so flexible w/ multitudes of fillings, easy to make, freezing well, and being a cute substitute for a cake. So I made some this afternoon following the book's instructions. I made just a whipped cream filling - yummy!
