Waiting patiently

Last trip to the endodentist. This was the root canal which later required surgery. The doc had told me at the very beginning that he wanted me back 6 months later to make sure the bone was growing back. So, even though I've had no pain or further symptoms, I jumped in the car for the hour trip down to university town. It was a nice day and I was getting to the end of the who-done-it in the car's CD player. The x-ray was perfect and I said my good-byes to the doc and his staff. Hope I don't see them again for a long while!
