Niece's gravesite

Two pots of real flowers at Heidi's gravesite.  Mine are the pink ones.

The morning was errands.  I'd planned out what needed to be done, when stores were open, and the sequence to hit each spot.  At the end of my driveway I dropped the garbage bag in the bin and put it out for pickup.  Drove on downtown to pick up mail and cash check the state sent me as a thanks for putting in green energy.  Then on down the road to Churchville.  Stopped along the way at the recycling place to drop off my cardboard, plastic, and glass.  Picked up dog/cat food at Farm & Fleet.  Had written down the size of gift box I needed and found it at Hobby Lobby.  Over to Kohls.  What I like about that store is I walk in the doors and stop for a moment.  Immediately a cashier will ask what I'm looking for and then direct me where to find it.  Was in and out within ten minutes w/ what I needed there.  Next was grocery shopping.  This is where I messed up.  I'd left my grocery list on the refrigerator.  Could remember most of it.  Picked up lunch before I left town and drove home through the hills.  I checked what I'd bought at the grocery store against my refrigerator list.  Forgot only two things: a bag of sugar and jelly.  Both used to feed the hummers and orioles.

Tonight was the Planning Commission meeting.  At the meeting I was tasked w/ some things to check out at the surveyor's office.  I don't mind.  While I'm over there I can pick up sugar and jelly.
