Mourning Doves

I've hung four hummingbird feeders from shepherd's hooks at the side of the deck.  This morning when I walked out two were askew and two were off the hooks.  All were empty.  Even the jelly cups on the oriole feeder were empty.  Cleaned all of the feeders and the jelly cups and refilled them.   For at least awhile, I'll need to bring them in at night so whatever marauder is about doesn't get into a habit of emptying them.  I do have solar lights along the edge of the deck.  Had hoped they might frighten little creatures from coming up on the deck at night.  Instead it seems they light the way for them.
