It's been cool and rainy the last few days. It's still cool but I woke up to bright sunshine this morning - I can work w/ that. Whip's has been limping on a front leg for a few days and she kinda looks depressed. She isn't sick. Her appetite is still typical for a lab. She waits by my chair while I eat in hopes of eliciting a morsel and she never turns down the offer of a treat. I did find a cure for her ailment. She saw a rabbit out on the lawn and got excited. I let her out the back door and she took off after it. A grown rabbit she can't catch but she seems happy just giving chase. In fact, after letting her out three separate times I realized that (a) she no longer limped, (2) her demeanor had perked up, and (3) that rabbit is a glutton for punishment.
