2:09 a.m. - Person was in house scratching his arms and saying he was going to chop off his hands because they itch so much. Welfare check requested. Male subject in custody.
8:19 a.m. - Bus driver reports a female student was inappropriately touched by a male student. A young second-grader poked a third-grader in the butt and made a farting noise. Nothing sexual. No criminal violation.
10:50 a.m. - An I-pad was broken. Investigation revealed the laptop is not broken but there was some hair-pulling.
11:04 a.m. - Tenant complained door not replaced on trailer. No heat source. Tent taken. Officer advised it is a civil matter and perhaps move out.
12:35 p.m. - Brother crashed his vehicle after drinking. Brother came and got mom's truck to tow his crashed vehicle home.
2:16 p.m. - Altercation in emergency room between a patient or family member and doctor.
2:52 p.m. - People reported on roof and gained access to building through a window. Officer advised the woman on the roof owns the building and she was on the roof having a cigarette.
4:20 p.m. - White side-by-side with two people driving in the river. No one would answer door of suspect's house. Officer observed where an ATV/UTV likely came out of the water and onto the yard. DNR offense.
4:52 p.m. - Elderly male fell off treadmill and hit head.
6:02 p.m. - Male caller irate about his ex walking to his vehicle in parking lot to do a child exchange with their three small children. Female told officer she didn't want children walking across busy parking lot and recorded the incident. Officer reported the woman didn't do anything unreasonable and the male was swearing and yelling. Officer advised if anyone was disorderly it was him. Both were told of the Embrace safe exchange program as the parking lot did not seem to be working. Male kept on yelling and not listening to officer. Man asked to speak with sheriff ending contact with deputy.
6:23 p.m. - Complaint of dog in neighbor's yard. Officer advised it is cheaper to install underground fencing then pay a ticket. If it happens again a ticket will be issued.
11:11 p.m. - 911 call with no one talking directly but background noises of screaming and yelling. Officer made contact with an adult who reported a child called 911 by accident while playing with phone and yelling was from the movie Ride Along. Children were asleep upon arrival of officer who requested they be woken for an interview. Children mentioned they were watching Ride Along before falling asleep. Children appeared calm and not disturbed. Officer reported being familiar with the movie and knew a scene consistent with what dispatch reported hearing on the 911 call.
