Finally a big storm blew through dropping over an inch of rain. There was the possibility it would spawn tornados so the Storm Watchers were sent out and sat across from the driveway which offers a good view all the way into the village and beyond. Afterward before sunset there were mirror-image rainbows arcing across the sky. The kind of storm I like - rain, some thunder and lightning, but no hail or damaging winds. Added a little excitement to the day.
