Killdeer

 Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:

1:09 a.m. - Caller advised they observed a vehicle ahead of them swerve in its lane.  Vehicle did not cross center line, slightly crossed white line then corrected itself.  Caller was advised by officer it is not illegal to slightly drift across white line.

6:41 a.m. - Caller stated there was a male subject standing next to a tree in yard next door.  Would like subject checked on.  Officer on scene advised there was no person next to the tree.  It was just another tree.  Asked caller if he needed EMS.  Caller denied EMS.

1:45 p.m. - Call received advising of subject's wife who left clinic and has not returned home yet.  Female subject came home while officer was on scene.  She was grocery shopping.  Officer assisted with bringing groceries into house.

1:59 p.m. - Caller stated two juvenile females have been knocking on doors, asking for money for fundraiser for school.  When asked what they are fund raising for, the juveniles ran off.

6:36 p.m. - Caller advised of subject laying on sidewalk.  Caller asked if subject OK and he said he was just looking at a bug.

7:06 p.m. - Caller advised of garbage thrown out by bridge.  Mail in garbage identified subject.  Subject cleaned up garbage but advised it is not his.  Subject theorizes someone stole his trash and is setting him up for littering.

8:41 p.m. - Accidental dial of 911.  Officer on scene.  Verbal disagreement about lover's triangle going on in family.  Officer able to get everyone thinking clearly again.

10:24 p.m. - Caller advised light is on in her garage and it shouldn't be.  She advised switch must be flipped for light to turn on and no one can get into garage due to all of the snow.  Officer searched area.  No footprints.  Officer advised when he left, light turned off.

10:31 p.m. - Caller advised he was concerned aliens were trying to enter his home.  Caller was advised by officers they have been to his house multiple times and found nothing.  Caller made aware of unlawful used of 911.

10:34 p.m. - Caller stated there was a fire at location about a week ago.  House has been gutted but a porch light keeps going on and off.  Caller unsure if power has been shut off.  Officer on scene advised the light is solar powered.
