Just like my first smart phone, my new smart phone came w/ no instructions. This one doesn't have a mechanical button at the bottom like the first one. Finally figured out the white bar at the bottom serves the same function. I don't get many calls but I'd missed a couple that I thought I should have heard. Everything in 'settings' looked OK. Went on-line. There is a tab that needs to be switched on the side of the phone or it doesn't ring. This morning as I walked out to the kitchen I must have hit something and suddenly a bright light on the phone came on. I left the phone on the counter while the dog and I went on our walk. Figured the light would go out after awhile but when I got back, the thing was still on. Fired up the computer and looked up how to turn the flashlight function off. Why doesn't a smart phone come w/ some instructions? I thought of the multiple manuals I got when I bought the car. Subaru even provided a leather holder so I could keep them all together. I used them when I first got the car but after the first two weeks of ownership I haven't opened them again. Look up what I want to know on-line. Guess anything an instruction manual would teach you can be viewed on YouTube now.

I like the puzzle picture.
I use You Tube all the time to find out how to do something. You would think the phone would have some sort of app installed that would give you some help.
