 Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:

10:21 a.m. - Accident with injury.  Semi truck fully loaded with about 70,000 pounds of paper rolls.  Officers advised this town road has a weight limit.  Road closed for town truck to come and remove vehicle.

11:37 a.m. - Complaint.  Caller advised someone walked onto porch and stole his shovel.  Neighbor called stating went to take a shovel on neighbors porch that belonged to her.  Officer advised dispute has been resolved and shovel returned to the rightful owner.

11:42 a.m. - Disorderly conduct.  Female refusing to get off road village is trying to plow.  Video evidence and plow driver statement shows subject clearly violating her injunction.  Report sent to DA.

1:34 p.m. - Cow out.  Due to drifting snow cattle can walk over fence.

1:38 p.m. - Check welfare.  Caller stated not able to reach family member.  Family member reported just didn't want to talk with the reporting party at this time.

2:50 p.m. - Noise Complaint.  Caller advised hearing a soft hum from upstairs apartment for last couple months.  Officer went to upstairs apartment and found a running air purifier.  Tenent said she needs this because downstairs neighbor smokes alot, cigarette smoke rises to her apartment.  Moved purifier to carpet area to make less noise.  Downstairs tenant said she will go outside to smoke now.

3:31 p.m. - Theft.  Caller reported her husband took her credit card out of her purse and is spending all the money.  She will call the credit card company right away.

6:45 p.m. - Caller advises money stolen from vehicle.  A cousin was given the money for safe-keeping but it could have been stolen by an ex-girlfriend.  Doesn't want to get the 'ex' involved due to tensions between them.  Cousin agreed to pay him back.

7:44 p.m. - Caller advised another female is talking about her grandfather and she doesn't like it.  She will remain in a bathroom until an officer arrives.  Spoke to the woman.  No violations.  They are to refrain from talking to each other.
