Sandhill Crane flocking

 

Blitz woke me up around 3 a.m. to say that it was raining in the bedroom window.  I had left that window just a bit ajar however the wind was blowing so hard some rain was coming in.  Once again, the Weather Channel had let me down.  I checked it before going to bed and it said there would be storms in the area but they would go north and south of my location.  Guess I shouldn't expect that much accuracy from a prediction best described by Chaos Theory.   However, after closing my window, I checked it again and this time it stated that there was 100% chance of rain at 3 a.m. here.
