Torch Cactus Flowers

The amount of rainfall has been plentiful and the heat wave probably made my torch cactus feel like it was back home.  It put out four beautiful flowers that are blooming at the same time!   They opened tonight around sunset and tomorrow morning will close.  I don't know their normal pollinator.  I read that hummingbirds are the major pollinator of one type of torch cactus but doubt that this variety w/ it's nocturnal blooming flowers relies on a diurnal bird for such an important function.  Maybe moths?

I think some cactuses are bat-pollinated. What gorgeous flowers. -Olivia
