Sunrise (kinda) - November 30
I collect 40 of each commemorative quarter. I don't pick up mint copies - just enjoy looking for them in pocket change. The Samoan Fruit Bat coin used up the last of my quarter holders so I sent away for 50 plastic quarter holders and also another box to hold them. The coin holders arrived first in a padded folder. Didn't open them until the box arrived. That's when I found out 25 of the holders were for nickels and 25 were for quarters. (Big Sigh.) Contacted the company and they asked for pictures of the package, the packing slip, and the holders. First two pictures were easy. However a picture of clear plastic coin holders was a bit tricky. Nickel holders are slightly taller and slightly more narrow. Operative word is 'slightly'. Lined them all up in rows - quarter holders on one side and nickel holders on the opposite. Dunder was intrigued w/ what I was doing and when I grabbed the camera for a picture, he jumped down to investigate further. Of course, that was enough to make them all topple over. Finally got my last picture and sent them off. The company asked if I wanted a full or partial refund. Emailed that I only want a partial since I'll use the 25 quarter holders. Am hoping they don't ask for the nickel holders back - will probably be as much trouble for me to repackage them as it will be for the company to do the restocking.
