Temp was around 50 degrees, not much wind, sunny. Decided it would be an excellent day to take a long hike through the swamp. I'll admit the swamp isn't very photogenic this time of year but there are no bear or ticks either. The dog and I had a good time. When the snow comes, we won't be able to walk this far. However, the forecast weekend storm seems to be tracking further south and might miss us. If it does, the dog and I will get a chance to walk the swamp again next week.
