Sandhill Crane

The governor's original 'safer-at-home' rule expired on Friday but another one was put in place for the month of May.  Nancy though needed to get out so e-mailed me and asked if she could come over for coffee.  She brought her own thermos, we sat out on the deck w/ a table between us, and 'shot the breeze' this morning.  It was the best of social distancing except we didn't wear masks or wear gloves.  Pretty hard to do that when you are sipping coffee (Russian tea in my case) and munching on donuts from the cafe downtown.  As I said, we mostly spent the time catching up.   We'll solve the world's ills next time we meet.
