A sunny day this morning so I hung the wash out on the line to dry. Bopped downtown to pick up my mail and a paper. Took a walk. Looked specifically to see if the red maple trees were in bloom (not yet). Saw Canadian geese flying (ponds are still frozen so they might be in for a nasty surprise). It's important to do something a bit different every day. I decided today I'd have a steak, baked potato, and peas for lunch. Mixed a little horseradish in w/ sour cream to make a sauce for the steak. It all was very good but I made the sauce a touch too spicy. Put the excess in Indy's bowl. If she can eat squirrels, a bit of spicy sauce won't be an issue.
