Another autumn activity done - got my flu shot today. The clinic doesn't have the high dose vaccine available yet. I'm in pretty good health and I didn't want to wait so went w/ the regular shot. After getting the information they need, nurse small talk is usually perfunctory. I have the feeling I could start quoting Macbeth and they wouldn't notice. However this nurse actually listened so no 'double,double,toil and trouble.' It was snowing on the way home. Between that and getting a shot, I decided an afternoon nap was justified.
