It was raining hard this morning. Good time to go on errands. Stopped by the 'other' bank in town to set up a new account. It was one of my neighbors that set it up for me - an auspicious beginning. Bopped over to the Sheriff's office to give a donation to Shop w/ A Cop. I know the program is for kids but I am always rewarded w/ a big smile from the deputy at the window. Picked up groceries. Monday is Senior's Discount Day at the grocery store and the same clerk invariably looks at me and says, "Oh, you can't be a senior citizen yet." She either has a horrible memory or she says that to everyone. Funny how errands can put a person in a good mood.
