Infrastructure consists of those physical or organizational things necessary to but not part of the enterprise (that being the new garage in this case). The quick-fix to the driveway was working OK. Time to display the permits from the county prominently (as specified). The contractor added a copy of the building plans in case any subcontractor on-site should need to refer to them. The house and existing sewer system are far enough from the new building that they aren't in danger of being run over but the well head is in the thick of things. Put in a couple of stakes and, since I was the one spray painting their tops they glow a pretty florescent pink instead of that harsh orange. And yes, the port-o-potty is a part of the infrastructure.
