Happy April

A few early snow flurries.  Finished my errands by 2 p.m.  Since I was in town, decided to stop by Subway to pick up some lunch.  Surprisingly there was a waiting line.   Nothing much else to do but people watch.  I noticed the three basic styles of winter dress.  The two people just leaving were in camouflage.  The season for wearing it starts just before hunting season but since the clothing is warm it's worn well into spring.  The second basic winter clothing is dark blue or black jeans and coat.  Dark colors absorb heat and contrasts with the snow.  The two women in navy ahead of me accessorized w/ hot pink.  The rest of us were dressed in plaid.  The tall guy wore a subtle dark red and black pattern.  The man w/ the family had a bold bright red and black shirt.  His son wore a green and ecru plaid.  His wife was in a blue on blue plaid.  Mine was a green/white/and black check.  It was all kinda like a Northwoods fashion runway.
