Another 'mn' combo but this time it's at the end of the word so only the 'm' is pronounced. (Don't ask - I don't make the rules.)
When I was getting my hair cut a couple of days ago I noticed there was a new frieze on the back wall: four horses and their riders. The riders were dressed in short togas, breast plates, and helmets w/ a Mohawk brush on top. Typical depiction of Spartans. The hairdresser had received it as a gift, she said, and didn't know anything about the subject matter. Another patron had told her it must depict the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. I looked at it again. Pictures of those horsemen usually look pretty gruesome since they represent Conquest, War, Famine, and Death. These guys just looked like warriors. When I got home I put everything I knew for a fact about the artwork into a search engine and I found it. It's called the 'Spartan Horsemen' (though some sites referred to it as 'Greek/Trojan Horsemen'). Was pretty pleased w/ myself. Finally put to use all of that reading I did on the Peloponnesian Wars!
