Indy is taking her time getting over her sprained leg and she is an older dog now. Decided to get a ramp so she wouldn't have to jump up into the back of the car. Picked one up, came home, put it in place against the back bumper and tried to coax her up into the car. She was having none of it. This would be a process. I put the ramp flat out on the ground and got her comfy w/ going across it on command. Next I put it up against the edge of the deck. Indy will do most anything for a treat so in no time I had her climbing up it to the deck and going back down it. Enough training for one day plus a storm was coming in. I brought the ramp inside and put it up against one of the window seats. The cats thought it was ... well ... the "cat's meow" and raced up and down it until they tired themselves out. Dunder is asleep at the top of the ramp and Blitz is sleeping underneath it. One way or the other looks like I'll get my money out of this gadget.
