I was putting out the spring decorations in the house. I'd skipped them last year for some reason. Put out pink towels and a rug in the guest bathroom. Also hung my original Beaman picture of a pink shell atop a physics book. Pink dish towels, scrub brushes, and a cutting board in the kitchen. A pink swag over the TV, a basket of pastel colored plastic eggs in a basket by the clock, and pink/blue/white fused glass candle holders on the mantle. Put up pictures of pink spring flowers in the study. Switched out the figurines of snowmen, angels, and jingle bells from the shadowbox and filled it w/ little rabbits, birds, and flowers. Hung up the quilt my great grandmother made w/ pink stitched tulips and made the bed w/ another quilt of flowered pieces in a wedding ring pattern. Threw down braided throw rugs in various colors of pink. I know it kinds sounds like a Pepto-Bismol explosion. Actually I think pink makes the house look kinda 'happy'.
