The trail up out of the swamp (or down into depending on which way you are going)

Heard back from Jimmy Boy's admin and from Jimmy Boy himself.  The admin called me and explained that the current law on recycling exempts requiring it being offered in municipal areas where there are less than 5,000 people and that there are drop-off sites (usually open on Saturdays from 8-1) where you can take recyclables - don't forget to separate them into paper/metal/plastics/glass.  I thanked her for the call back and reminded her again that I know the current law and have already looked into where I need to haul my recycling.  My original and continuing question was would Jimmy Boy consider a bill to  require state certified garage pickup companies to offer recycling to all of their clients.  At one point in the conversation the aide questioned if recycling was a state law (it is) and stated that, while there was a fine for putting recycling in w/ garbage, residential locations are rarely checked (the implication there is obvious).  Later Jimmy Boy left a message on my phone saying he had to carry his recyclables to a site himself and it's no big deal (I'm paraphrasing).  So I'm done w/ the whole thing.  If Jimmy Boy thinks his bill to incrementally raise the fine on poaching deer depending on the size of the rack is more important  than looking into ways to make recycling easier - he's lost my vote.

I found a bungee cord connector on the ground so hung it from a tree limb.  Can you find it in this picture?
