Russell and Donna came over for supper and to open presents. We were all pretty tired and they left around 8. They get to sleep in tomorrow since their next Christmas won't be until the 26th when the kids and grand kids all arrive. I started the dishwasher and then Indy and I went out for our last walk for the day - we've both come to enjoy walking in the quiet darkness. As an added bonus tonight it was snowing. It was silent, overcast, and in the east there was a pillar of light going high into the sky. That's not usually there. Double checked in my Bible when I got back inside and Matthew does say the magi followed a light in the east. I smiled, decided it was a Christmas miracle, and went to bed.
