Looking at State Fair foods on-line - anything edible deep fried and on a stick. The Sweet corn blueberry eclair looks like a "turd". Bacon Maple Donut looked nasty too. Both of them got a rating of 4 stars (out of 4). I like naan and I like taco's but I don't know that I'll pay for a taco made out of naan bread. Triple Truffle Trotters caught Kathy's interest. Polish corn dogs bars just elicited a "What?" from everyone. Cheesy nacho corn on the cob looks great but is impossible to eat w/o getting most of it on the side of your face. Tater tots, bananas, bacon, and peanut sauce create a Memphis Totchos. I think I'll settle for garlic cheese wontons. They aren't new this year but just like software, always best to wait until the product has been released for a year before installation.
