Jewelweed

Jewelweed is blooming in wet areas.  Usually I see the orange variety w/ darker orange or even red spots.  Found a large patch of pale jewelweed growing which is white w/ pink spots.

Beautiful day in the Northwoods.  Brent has been amusing himself working on projects.  He and Russell had picked up a kit to repair my back screen door (remember it ripped in the high winds last winter) so that is back in place.  He figured out how to repair the wind chimes.  This one is especially pretty but the thread holding the pipes had broken last winter also.  The cactus wood chest of drawers has all of it's pieces glued/nailed back in place.  He repaired the picture frame that was coming apart w/ glue and clamps.  He's does do some things he wants to do - he made a triple berry pie tonight.  (Maybe it's all of those cooking shows we've been watching.)
