Black-and-White warbler

Went looking for birds for the state-wide bird count yesterday. Found a species I hadn't seen before. More accurately perhaps, it found me. I'm taking the Right-of-Way shortcut through the swamp and this bird is giving an alarm call that I'm nearby. He wouldn't shut up. I spent a long time trying to get a picture good enough for ID purposes. He stuck to the upper limbs of trees but didn't sit still long in any one place. The Black-and-White warbler is one of the first back in the spring. Wonder if he's thinking he should have stayed south just a bit longer. I found ice in the hummingbird feeders this morning.
