Thought I'd put out some "Halloween" pics for the rest of the week - or at least what I consider scary type pictures. Watched PBS documentary on Orson Welles' "War of the Worlds" broadcast in the 30's. I'd heard about it before but kinda wondered how it happened to set off such panic. Guess it was a different time - no television yet so everyone listened to the radio. Also, they were on edge w/ the threat of WWII on the horizon. I don't know what the excuse is for people in this day and age saying they plan to vote for Trump for Pres.

Hard to believe people were in such a panic when the whole premise was not logical. Imagine they let their emotions rule.
