I'll take any excuse for putting off scrubbing the parlor at the dairy but one - if someone is on vacation we still scrub. I don't feel they should come back to extra work just because the day they took off was a scrub day. On the other hand, if I'm on vacation no one seems to feel the need to clean. I can remember twice in the eight years I've worked there that they have scrubbed w/o me. So yesterday when I got back after taking Thursday off, there was scrubbing to do. Suppose I should look on the bright side. I must be indispensable to the cleaning process!
