Before the meeting

Town's annual meeting this morning. I wanted to watch the expected fireworks over an easement request and, after the regular meeting, a public hearing was planned for the Comprehensive Plan. I was on the Planning Commission that put the plan together so I wanted to be there to answer questions and take notes of changes requested. Fortunately (or unfortunately) people were civil and for the most part respectful during the big easement debate. The town decided to not grant the easement but to offer a license (which can be revoked by either party if specified conditions aren't adhered to.) Only a few people stuck around for the Comprehensive Plan discussion. No changes requested. Since no one noticed, I'll leave in that nonsensical statement "If you've read this far, you are pretty tired. Get up, stretch and have a cup of coffee before continuing." Of course, finding one nonsensical sentence among all of the others would be like finding a pin in a haystack.
