Golden Pholiota mushrooms

Now that Domingo and I know a few words in each other's native language, we find inventive ways to use our small vocabulary.  Today when the vet arrived he carried w/ him a very distinctive smell.  I went back into the milking parlor.  My Spanish includes some easy phrases, some common animals, and colors. I did my best ¿Cómo se dice un gato negro y blanco?  ("How do you say a black and white cat?")  Domingo looked a little puzzled until I held my nose w/ two fingers.  Comprehension brought a smile to his face, "Un zorillo." ... and that's how you say "skunk" in Spanish.
