Bergamot and bee

Didn't get around to making supper until Master Chef came on and reminded me. While I find the chemistry part of cooking fascinating, that's about the limit of my culinary knowledge. I like watching a TV show about people that excel at something I can't understand. While I watched the contestants make dishes from their "Mystery Boxes" and then try making filled pasta, I caramelized onions and delicately seasoned my supper w/ Herbs de Provence. Pretty sure my dish of nachos would get panned by the Master Chef judges but I liked it.
