Turks-Cap Lily
My neighbor finished mowing all of the hay fields. I like that he didn't do it until July. Gives the birds that nest in the fields time to fledge their young. Indy and I walked through the newly cut areas to the gravel pit. There we spent some time poking around. It had been raining off and on all day (in fact, we got caught in a short rain storm while we were there) so the rocks in the gravel pit were showing off their colors. OK, I have a soft spot in my heart for rocks. Before long my pockets were bulging w/ stones and the walk home was a bit more of a trudge as I carried along my extra baggage. Gave them all a new home around the edge of Ragnarok. Kinda gives a new meaning to Ecclesiastes 3:5.

Okay, now we all have to look up Ecc. 3:5
Are you sure you weren't a Sunday school teacher at one time?
