Making Hay

Made it to 80 degrees today, high humidity, but a brisk wind. Pleasant enough if you made just short forays outside or didn't have to do any work. I went out once to pick raspberries for a raspberry white chocolate cheesecake I was making (did you know it takes 250 wild raspberries to make one cup?). Later I went out to plant some daylilies I bought earlier in the week. Brent took the trimmer around the house. Later he went to pick raspberries. Tonight he built a fire in Ragnaroc and roasted wieners. A good way to spend the day. Tomorrow, though, is more of the same kind of weather and I won't have the luxury of stopping and resting in the cool. While I sweat will try to remember how cold it was working last winter.
