The weatherman on the news last night had predicted the low would be zero degrees. Not believing him, I'd gotten on-line and checked a weather site that also said zero at 5 a.m. in my area. So, I put on just one layer of light-weight silk long-johns. My car said the real temp this morning was -14. Carol, the dairy owner, had believed the zero forecast too. "I'm going to revolt!" Carol announced. I asked her how she would revolt against weather and she admitted she wasn't sure how but something had to be done! All I could do was shiver through milking. The next seven days according to the news and the on-line site will be well below zero. That I believe.
