Teak, Ebony, and Ipe box

 Last Christmas party for 2013. Kris, Kathy, Nancy, and I went out to eat first at a Tapa's Bar. It was wonderful food and we all tried new things. Other people must agree w/ us since the place was full and there was a line out the door by the time we left.

Then we opened gifts. We had decided last year that the gift had to be considered "elegant." Kris received a Christmas tin and coasters w/ a flower motif. Nancy received a solar powered crystal which makes rainbows as it turns and some over sized sunglasses w/ a huge diamond (fake) on the rims. Kathy received this beautiful box that Brent created. I got a magnificent crystal egg. Best of all though, I also received three pair of socks bearing the emblem of Star Fleet. My idea of ELEGANT!!!
