Sunrise

I worked out the menu for Thanksgiving, a shopping list (will pick stuff up on Tuesday), and a prep timeline. Since I serve the holiday meal in courses (like my Mom did when she was a maid), I need to work out a plan so as soon as one course is completed, the next one is ready to serve. Also figured out what serving dishes, silverware, and plates will be needed. Still haven't decided on a centerpiece. Maybe something whimsical. Will look around the house and see what can be put to a new use.
