The Town Planning Commission meeting went a bit long last night but we finished the Comprehensive Plan. Of course, "finished" isn't quite correct. All of the chapters are written but now we need to go back and fill in the charts, maps, and spreadsheets that we glossed over during discussions. It's a lot like those projects at Honeywell that were reported as 95% completed. That last 5% is a real bear.
