Storm Damage

This cut through the woods is a favorite path that Indy and I take. The last snowstorm (just one week ago) was made up of wet heavy snow.  That's especially hard on the pines. Snow laden branches snapped off and entire trees upended out of the ground. Even some of the weakened deciduous trees couldn't withstand the extra weight. So our walk was hampered a bit as we picked our way around storm debris... but then every walk is a little different.
