My Amaryllis Bloomed Tonight!

Andy from the county's tourism center asked to be on the agenda at the town board meeting tonight.  He wanted some of our town's roads up in the hills designated as Rustic Roads.  The speed limit on a Rustic Road shouldn't be over 45 m/p/h, it should run through an area of natural beauty, and it should not be a high-volume traffic area.  The state will provide the "Rustic Road" signs and add the road to a map of similarly designated roads in the state.  Andy was hoping it  would bring a few more tourists to the county w/ no expenditure by the town.  However one of the roads he wants has been at issue in the town for various reasons.  The board decided to have a public hearing on it before making a decision.  Being frugal when it comes to taxpayer money though, the board decided to combine the Public Hearing w/ the Town's Annual Meeting next month.  Why pay for two meetings?
