Coyote

I got home from work in time to watch the cardinals take an oath as they entered into conclave to choose a new pope. As a non-Catholic I'm so fascinated by their rites and pagentry that I sat transfixed as a monotonous line of red robed men placed a hand on a book and recite something or other in Latin. I assume most Catholics are speculating on who these men will pick. Me... I'm currently reading "A Beautiful Mystery" about a monk killed in a monastery. It's a type of "locked room murder". So, of course, my mind keeps tripping off on a fantasy of a cardinal found dead during conclave. Good thing no one but God knows what you are thinking (and God forgives.)
