The January caucus is coming up. That's a meeting for all of the township to come together to nominate people for town offices of chairman, 2 supervisors, clerk, and treasurer. I put two notices in the paper; one early in the month and one the week of the caucus. The new town hall is up but still needs a couple of little things done (like heat, electricity, and water) to be usable. The board is sure that we will hold the caucus in the new town hall - probably. So I put the notice in the paper - that the town caucus would be "January 19th at 2 pm in the new town hall (hopefully)". Not very professional but I think people will understand.
